The terms that apply when you use our website and services. Last updated 31 October 2026.
These terms apply to your use of webline.africa and to the services provided by Webline Africa Limited ("Webline Africa", "we", "us"). By using our website or services you agree to these terms. If you are using them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
A signed quotation, order form or service agreement may add specific terms. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document applies.
We provide bulk SMS messaging and an SMS API, domain registration and web hosting, ICT equipment supply, system, website and mobile app development, business automation, and server management and security. Service descriptions, prices and features may change; the details in your quotation or order apply to your order.
You must give accurate information when you open an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your passwords and API keys secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@webline.africa if you suspect unauthorised use.
You must not use our website or services to:
We may remove content, block messages or suspend services that break these rules.
For system, website, app and automation projects, the scope, timeline, deliverables and payment milestones are set out in the agreed proposal. Changes to scope may affect cost and timing and must be agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing content, feedback and approvals on time.
Fees are shown in your quotation or invoice and are payable by the due date. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may suspend services for overdue accounts after giving notice. Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Webline Africa or our licensors. Customer logos shown on our site belong to their owners. Ownership of software and designs we build for you transfers once you have paid in full, unless your agreement says otherwise; we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how.
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent the law allows, we do not give any other warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, data or business, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network operator, power or internet outages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may cancel a service by giving us notice as set out in your agreement. We may suspend or end a service if you seriously break these terms, fail to pay, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We will try to resolve any dispute through discussion first; if that fails, the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
